Dr. Yin Aphinyanaphongs is a Research Professor in the Department of Population Health and Medicine and the Center for Healthcare Innovation and Delivery Science at NYU Langone School of Medicine. He also leads the Division of Applied AI Techologies (DAAIT) within the Department of Health Informatics in Medical Center Information Technology.  The Division builds, implements, deploys, and evaluates AI models and leads the operational use of AI and Large Language Models across our corporate, clinical, research, and education missions. The enterprise currently has 128 AI models in production. His lab focuses on transformative use cases, reliability, diagnostic capabilities, and reasoning capabilities of large language models in healthcare.
